How it works
- 1. Subscribe and unlock the full ExamReady CCMA program — every practice question, study guide, and skill walkthrough.
- 2. Complete the program. Your dashboard marks you "Program Complete" when you've answered every question at least once, read every study-guide section, and walked through every procedural skill.
- 3. Sit the CCMA exam through NHA at one of their testing centers.
- 4. Don't pass? Email [email protected] with your official NHA score report within 30 days.
- 5. Refunded in full. We process the refund within 5 business days; the funds land at your payment method within 10 days after.

What's the catch?

Can I claim the guarantee if I use a code or coupon?
Yes, the guarantee covers your out-of-pocket subscription cost after any promo discount applies.
What if I fail the second time?
The guarantee covers the first attempt only. After a first fail, your subscription stays active for the second attempt — no refund for the second failure.
What if I don't finish the program?
The guarantee requires full program completion. If your dashboard hasn't reached "Program Complete" at the time of your exam, the guarantee doesn't apply. We offer prorated refunds for unused subscription time regardless.
