Terms of Service

The service

ExamReady CCMA is a subscription exam-preparation product for the Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) exam. It includes practice questions, clinical skills walkthroughs, state-specific study guides, progress tracking, a coin-based practice ledger, and an AI-powered tutor. A free tier with limited content is available without payment.

Subscription billing & auto-renewal

• Premium is $9.99 USD per month. New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial; you are charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
• On the web, payment is processed by Stripe. On iOS, payment is processed by Apple through In-App Purchase, and Apple’s own terms apply to those transactions.
• We may change the subscription price with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal; continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

Cancellation & refunds

• Cancel anytime. Web subscriptions can be cancelled from your account page; iOS subscriptions are managed in your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Premium access until the period you have already paid for ends.
• 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email [email protected] within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund of that first payment. iOS purchases are refunded through Apple per Apple’s refund policy.
• Except as stated above, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.

Pass guarantee

If you have used Premium for at least 30 days and do not pass the official NNAAP exam (any of the six state-approved vendors: NNAAP, Prometric, Headmaster, Credentia, PHD, Excel Testing), we extend your Premium access by 3 months free. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of your score report with verifiable proof. Full terms and claim instructions are on the pass guarantee page.

Account sharing policy

Each account is for one individual user only. You may not share your login credentials, sell or transfer your account, or allow others to access Premium content through your subscription. We may suspend or terminate accounts that show evidence of sharing (for example, simultaneous use from many devices or locations) without a refund.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, copy, or redistribute our question bank or content;
• reverse-engineer or probe the service or its APIs;
• use the service for anything unlawful, or to harass others;
• attempt to bypass paywalls, rate limits, or the coin ledger; or
• submit other people’s personal information to the AI tutor.

AI tutor disclaimer

The AI Tutor generates answers using a large language model (processed via OpenRouter). AI responses can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Treat them as a study aid, not an authoritative source; verify clinical steps against your official training materials and state exam checklist. Do not enter other people’s personal or health information into the tutor.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExamReady CCMA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; in that case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.
